Overview
This grant will support the United Way of Summit and Medina County in partnership with Akron Public Schools. The district serves over 21,000 students in 45 schools and employs over 1,500 teachers. This grant will help Akron Public Schools to increase their leadership team’s capacity to implement pandemic recovery activities, including equipping teachers and support staff with new knowledge and resources and creating enhanced learning spaces to support students.
